Charted multicolor pattern. Devotional image of St. Catherine of Alexandria, with her virgin's crown, martyr's palm, and her iconic execution wheel (which broke at her touch). Circa 1879. Hand painted original, plus modern recharting and DMC color key. Intended for Berlin woolwork, can also be used for needlepoint and cross-stitch.
