Single sheet with pre-printed grid and handpainted or stencilled patterns. Although the grid is intended for counted thread patterns, this one has been used for freehand embroidery flowers and an abstract design in possibly gold and silver colors. It's not clear whether P. Lindhorst is the publisher of the grid or the publisher of the painted patterns.
